NJRCEV helps property owners maximize underutilized space, including large commercial rooftops or undeveloped land. Nearby tenants or adjacent businesses can benefit from the power produced through long-term purchase agreements that provide electricity at a cost lower than current electric rates. In instances where the power can’t be sold to tenants or adjacent energy users, there may be opportunities to develop a wholesale energy project.
